L2 Residence at The Trust, Charlotte, NC

The Trust represents Charlotte’s first boutique luxury residence located at 4th and Tryon Streets. Built in 1967 as a modernist office building the iconic sculptural form is a surviving example of the modern movement at that time. Buyers at the Trust were given the opportunity to work with Liquid Design and imagine their dream residence. 7 unique condos on 5 floors were the result. The building remains the standard for premier uptown luxury living and has been home to a number of nationally recognized athletes and business executives. This spacious high-end urban and custom 7,000 SF condominium has a large outdoor space with a fireplace overlooking Tryon Street, dynamic interior spaces, and large entertaining kitchen for gatherings large and small.
