Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman
Aqua Condominium Tower is a luxury beachfront condominium project on Seven Mile Beach in Grand Cayman, designed as an exclusive coastal residence with privacy, ocean views, and resilient coastal planning.
Perched on a serene stretch of Seven Mile Beach, Aqua includes just 10 exclusive residences, with each home occupying an entire floor. This approach creates privacy, panoramic ocean views, and a refined sense of beachfront living.
The tower combines sleek modern architecture with understated coastal elegance. Underground parking, sophisticated amenities, and full-floor residences support a private and elevated living experience.
To respond to occasional harsh storms and coastal erosion, the design incorporates a robust 12-foot perimeter sea defense wall, supporting long-term protection and peace of mind for residents.
Liquid Design served as the project architect, translating the client’s vision and established concept into a refined architectural statement shaped around luxury, privacy, and coastal resilience.
