Cabarrus County CVB wanted a new fresh and modern office space with some hints of stock car racing since racing is a big tourist driver for their County.

This high-end urban and custom 3,300 SF condominium has a large outdoor terrace, soaring interior spaces, and a warm modern aesthetic.

Encore Tower at the Carolina Theater

Charlotte, North Carolina

This 20 story Mixed-use tower is located at the historic Carolina Theatre site in Uptown Charlotte. Its 20 luxury boutique condominiums will have an attached en-suite, (2) stall parking garage on every floor. Also, this tower will have a restaurant on the 7th floor and 5 floors of office space.

Three workers in a bakery are moving quickly to restock shelves. The shelves above the display counter hold baskets, bags of goods, and a chalkboard menu. The motion blur emphasizes the rapid pace of their activity.

This space is a focused design solution that allows the pastries to take the spot light. The goal was a simple, clean European look.

Rock River Outdoor & Town Center

This multi-million dollar mixed-use outdoor lifestyle center will be located along the Rock River in the heart of Rockford, IL. It will have a manmade Olympic caliber (partially indoor) whitewater park, a climbing center with a canyoneering venue. Also a resort hotel, multi-family living and retail will help anchor this dynamic project that will utilize hydro-electricity from the adjacent dam.

20,000 SF of open office space on the 17th floor of the NASCAR tower in uptown Charlotte. Bold and crisp lines of the modern design represent the company’s younger culture and brand. Every glass panel frames or celebrates a view to the exterior spreading daylight from one end of the building to the other.
