Centre Pompidou Mixed-Use Development. Location: Malaga, Spain.
After a recent visit to Spain, our team was inspired to imagine a solution for a series of sites in Malaga, Spain. The designs incorporate curved elements into large-scale mixed-use architectural “dream projects” while experimenting with the power of AI. The fictional projects serve as an exercise to push our thinking and ability to develop a solution for our real-world client in the U.S. who has requested a built environment with a lot of curves.
This site is in Malaga Spain right across the street from the Pompidou Center and nestled between the main harbor and the famous Malagueta Beach. And if the site couldn’t get even better, it is right across the street from the historic Plaza de Toros de la Malagueta. This large-scale mixed-use development has direct pedestrian access to all things Malaga. This development has a boutique hotel, condominium apartments and 2 ground level restaurants and a coffee shop.
