Private Caribbean Island Resort

Cline Island, Bahamas

This private island in the Bahamian archipelago is envisioned as a $190 million luxury destination, meticulously masterplanned to embrace and enhance the island’s natural beauty and diverse shoreline. The design prioritizes low-impact, high-luxury living, with a collection of secluded villas thoughtfully nestled across the landscape, each accessible by golf cart to preserve the island’s serene character. Arrival to the island is intentionally limited to three exclusive modes—private helicopter, boat, or seaplane—underscoring the sense of escape and exclusivity. Amenities are carefully oriented around the island’s central lagoon and adjacent beaches, creating immersive experiences that connect guests to the water and environment. The resort will offer a full-service spa, along with a wide range of recreational features including a golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, multiple pools, and even a FlowRider surf simulator.

Liquid Design led the conceptual design for the entire island development, delivering comprehensive master planning, architectural programming, building layouts, and detailed visualizations. Our scope encompassed the design of all hospitality and recreation venues, ensuring a cohesive and elevated experience throughout the island.
