The River Center Expansion is a 15,000 SF addition to help address several of their growing needs. This addition includes the new guest services area, retail, meeting space and a catering kitchen to meet the campus wide food & beverage needs. Two new materials where introduced to the existing vernacular of Cedar, Steel, Glass and Concrete. They are Weathering Steel and Ipe Wood.
