Texas Whitewater Adventure Village

This $650 million, one-of-a-kind themed recreational and mixed-use development in Texas is envisioned as a landmark destination for outdoor and adventure-based lifestyles. At its core is a next-generation re-circulating whitewater “Superpark”, serving as the project’s signature attraction. Complementing this are vibrant retail and dining experiences, modern office spaces, and a range of residential offerings—creating a holistic live-work-play environment. A key innovation of the development is the introduction of the first indoor snow ski slope in the United States, adding a unique, all-season recreational amenity to the site and broadening its appeal.
